Shanygne comes from a collectivist cultural background, which stresses on the importance of the community. Growing up in a collectivist cultural background has meant that supporting others is essential to her, this is where her passion for the care industry stems from.
Shanygne has an MBA in Business Administration and has worked in managerial roles as a consultant, project manager and as a strategic account manager in a range of global consultancy and facilities management firms. She has also worked in the health care sector and has gained extensive knowledge in the area which has inspired her to provide these services to clients.
Shanygne is the Registered Manager at Legend Integrated Care and focuses on client assessments, staff training, quality control and people management.

Legend has over 12 years’ experience of working in the recruitment and health industry, both in the private sector and in the NHS. She worked in Radiology, Oncology and in the care sector. Legend brings a wealth of medical and care skills. She also holds a degree in Food Engineering and has experience in managing control systems.
Legend leads and directs the daily operations of the company. She focuses mainly on business development, managing operating systems, creating functional strategies, and implementing quality standards of care. Legend is also responsible for ensuring that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations.

Shella has worked in the Healthcare industry for over 15 years and holds an MA in Human Rights and International Relations. She has worked in:- residential care home settings, in the NHS, and with a range of charity organisations. She has also worked with multi-disciplinary teams including social workers, doctors, and nurses.
Shella’ s responsibilities are supporting the team with recruitment, compliance, coordinating staff and ensuring the candidates that are recruited reflect and share Legend Integrated Care’ values and standards.

Melville is currently studying for a degree in Personalised Medicine. She has worked in domiciliary care settings and at rehabilitation centres. She has gained knowledge in developing marketing campaigns and working with care teams as well as liaising with professional bodies.
Melville focuses on developing marketing campaigns and managing social media content for Legend Integrated Care. She also maintains CRM systems and supports the Registered Manager by collating content to support campaigns.
